Lifelong Learning Lens LLC is owned by Erica Contreras, MBA, PHR. Erica has a passion for learning about organizations’ cultures to create and deliver customized leadership development workshops. She shares over 20 years professional leadership experience in retail, financial services, energy, mental health/healthcare, higher education, and non-profit industries. Contreras brings a unique, authentic perspective as a young executive with a passion for connecting and contributing to shifting organizational cultures.
