Erica Contreras is a decorated executive with over 20 years of professional leadership experience across retail, financial services, energy, healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. She is known for building people-first organizations through scalable learning, leadership, and talent strategies that align workforce capability with business and mission outcomes.

Throughout her career, Erica has partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams to strengthen leadership pipelines, modernize learning ecosystems, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning leadership development, succession planning, engagement, onboarding, and change management. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—turning complex transformation goals into practical, measurable results.

Based in Houston, Texas, she offers both in-person and virtual workshops globally, partnering with individuals and organizations to meet a wide range of learning and development needs.
